This Return Policy applies to physical and digital habit-tracking products sold by Anklebiostendon through anklebiostendon.world, including the Starter Habit Journal, Advanced Tracking Blueprint, and Complete Accountability Bundle.
Consumer Withdrawal Right
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen calendar days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the period ends fourteen days after conclusion of the contract unless you requested immediate delivery and acknowledged loss of the withdrawal right.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice. We use the same payment method unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive returned goods or proof of shipment.
Returning Physical Products
Return journals and bundles undamaged and in resaleable condition with original packaging where possible. Ship to: Anklebiostendon, Middenweg 65A, 1098 AE Amsterdam, Netherlands. You bear direct return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
Condition of Returned Goods
We may reduce reimbursement if handling exceeds what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Written pages filled in extensively may limit resale and affect refund amount for opened journals, except where defects exist.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your tracking kit arrives damaged, missing components, or differs from your order confirmation, contact us within seven days with photos. We will replace the product or offer a full refund including return shipping at our expense.
Digital Products
Digital templates included with the Advanced Tracking Blueprint or bundle are delivered via download link. If you have not downloaded files and withdraw within the legal period, we grant a full refund. After download, withdrawal may be limited where you consented to immediate supply and acknowledged waiver of the withdrawal right as permitted by law.
Non-Returnable Situations
Custom-printed journals with personalised names, products clearly used beyond inspection, and items returned after the withdrawal period are not eligible unless mandatory law provides otherwise or a manufacturing defect is proven.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To change products, return the original item following this policy and place a new order for the desired Anklebiostendon kit through habit-connect.html.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are initiated within five business days of receiving returned goods or valid withdrawal notice. Bank processing may require additional days depending on your institution.
Business Customers
Orders placed on behalf of a company without consumer status are governed by separate agreements. Unless agreed otherwise, returns are accepted only for defective goods within thirty days of delivery.
Warranty
Consumers benefit from statutory conformity guarantees under Dutch law. If a habit journal lacks agreed quality or suitability, you may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination in accordance with applicable rules.
